I design, develop, and create compelling eLearning experiences to solve complex business problems. I’m an eLearning developer based in London.
Why
I start by fully understanding your situation, strategy, and priorities. To make sure we move in the right direction and work on the right problems. My aim is to add value to your business and people using my skills and expertise in eLearning design solutions. I understand how to engage with people who have diverse learning needs.
WHAT
Once the problem has been identified we work collaboratively to co-design solutions using data and evidence to uncover learning opportunities and methods that work. I enjoy looking beyond traditional learning solutions to identify the right technology, content, and resources available for the scope of the project.
How
I follow design thinking principles to design impactful and meaningful learning opportunities. Key factors for me are collaboration and attention to detail. My goal is to leverage learning technologies to develop digital courses and resources that support and drive performance. Little details really contribute to the excellence of the final project.
